Extremely curious anime from the era when short timekeeping did not interfere with telling full stories.

A government agent is ordered by his president to fly to another planet to kill a witch, a perfect combination of everything in the world.

What begins as a fairy tale carried by cunning postmodernists into the future does not quite follow the fabulous canon and by the second half turns into a story about totalitarianism, revolutions and civic activism. However, civic activism is not shown here as something positive.

I especially liked and remembered the design of the city. It's a very warm memory, we also had this kind of city painting at the same time.
